We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst Lead with a strong background in data analysis to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst Lead you will think strategically and apply your skills in project management, business analysis, data visualization, change management, troubleshooting and training to implement business processes and applications.Resource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact . With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain reports and dashboard, identify enhancements, track and promote usage across teamAnalyze program data to evaluate market potential and come up with recommendations.Perform a variety of quality control checks to maintain and assure the accuracy and consistency of data in tracking systemsPerform database queries (Redshift DW) and program data analysis as requestedGather and prioritize user requirementsPerform and/or manage user acceptance and regression testingWrite user manuals, train users, and provide technical support on reporting toolsManage projects and client communication. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Other duties as assignedMinimum RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of professional experience working as a data analyst or data scientist is requiredBachelors degree in an analytical discipline, such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming is strongly preferredExperience with data manipulation and visualization tools, such as Tableau.A proven grasp of database and analysis tools such as PostgreSQL and Excel, including demonstrated analytical skills to solve business issues.The successful candidate should also have excellent written and oral communication skills, and is able to translate complex concepts conciselyMost importantly, this individual should display a positive, team-oriented attitude to match our friendly work environmentPreferred skills, education and experienceCreate, interpret, and maintain complex SQL queries in Redshift or TableauExperience working with programming languages such as Python or NodeJSInterest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables, while remaining flexibleAbout Resource InnovationsResource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact . The compensation range for the base salary for this position is:$65,300.00-$95,000.00In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
