The successful candidate will collaborate with sales, product and operations teams, manage pricing inputs, and ensure pricing documentation aligns with corporate targets and compliance standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, energy, engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business consulting, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with pricing templates or tools.
• Experience presenting to senior team members.

Resource Innovations is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical Pricing Analyst to support our sales, product development, and operations teams. This Pricing Analyst position is a new position that will join an existing Pricing Desk within Resource Innovations, creating an excellent opportunity to help scale our Pricing Desk and work within a dynamic, innovative, and sales driven organization.In this role, the Pricing Analyst will compile all pricing inputs to ensure compliance with RFP requirements. The ideal candidate will review proposal requirements, aid in developing a pricing strategy, and support negotiations for our software-enabled clean energy solutions for utilities as well as commercial, industrial and residential energy customers to support the rapidly changing industry and clean energy transition. This high-visibility role will interact regularly with Resource Innovations executive team and functional groups across our organization to develop and present pricing solutions that drive increased deal capture and win rates.Resource Innovations is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReviews RFP requirements, plans and manages pricing activities throughout the RFP process, focusing on achievability and accountability of deadlines.Maintains excellent, effective, and persuasive relationships with cross-functional teams, and outside partners, ensuring alignment to meet evolving clientsolutionsCollaborates with cross-functional teams to understand the cost components associated with our products and services.Collects, manages, and validates inputs from various sources both internally and from subcontractors to consolidate into the final pricing modelCreates and drives delivery deadlines to ensure all inputs are included in pricing and formal approval are received prior to proposal submission.Accurately completes required documentation Including proposal documents in accordance with RFP requirements, internal recording in accordance with business best practices, and opportunity-specific, finance-related data in SalesforceAnalyzes historical benchmarks, industry standards, sales trends, competitor intel, market factors and client feedback to establish competitive pricingPresents pricing models and financial analysis to the leadership team for final approvalIncorporates learned knowledge into new pricing models that results in increased margin performance and increased win rates and ensures pricing strategies align with overall business goals and revenue targets.Drives innovation by implementing best practices, and promoting continuous process improvement to benefit both client outcomes and business performanceOther duties as assignedRequirementsBachelors degree in business, finance, energy, engineering or related field of study.1-3 years of experience in business consulting, finance, engineering, or a related field.Intermediate Microsoft Excel capabilities and proficient skills with other Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools (Salesforce), and BI/BA platforms and tools.Financial and Analytical Acumen with experience using and maintaining pricing tools and templates.Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and dynamic presentation skills.Collaborative, curious, proactive, and engaged with the leadership team to make RI a great company to work for all employees.Preferred skills, education and experienceOperations analysis or business consulting experiencePricing template or tool development, model and scenario buildingFinancial analysis or corporate finance experienceExperience presenting to senior team membersClient facing experienceAbout Resource InnovationsResource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact . The compensation range for the base salary for this position is:$65,300.00-$80,000.00In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
