Resource Innovations seeks a Program Associate in Chicago to provide essential administrative support for multiple residential energy efficiency programs across the Midwest. You will manage data, track milestones, and assist with budget and invoicing processes.

You'll coordinate with Operations, Planning, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Marketing, support outreach, and prepare regular reports, ensuring data integrity and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service, energy efficiency, or administrative support.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to program participants, contractors, and clients with professional, timely service.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal and external use.
• Support outreach and communications with customers and community organizations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track milestones and data quality.

Resource Innovations is seeking a Program Associate to join our growing team in Chicago, IL. As a Program Associate with Resource Innovations, you will provide vital administrative support for several residential energy efficiency programs across the Midwest. You will perform a range of tasks to support the programs in achieving energy savings goals using program systems and procedures to assess project eligibility, track and report project milestones, and process project data. The Program Associate will also support new initiatives, lead customer and contractor communications when needed, and assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and other internal projects as needed.Resource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact . With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccurately responds to requests and inquiries from program participants, contractors, and clients in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer and client service.Prepares weekly and monthly reports for internal and external purposes, ensuring compliance with terms of contract, relevance of content, and professional presentation.Support outreach efforts to program customers, contractors, and community-based organizations as needed.Coordinates with internal support and cross functional teams including Operations, Planning, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Marketing.Participates in team meetings to provide updates and address action items.Manages data and uses database system(s) to track project details, milestones, and deliverables.Ensures adherence to internal and system protocols using RI systems, documents, and tools.Complies and reviews project documentation, ensuring data integrity and quality control of systems and processes.Assists program teams in collecting missing data.Identifies and escalates issues as appropriate and recommends strategies to address issues.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsMust be located in the Northern, IL area or willing to relocate within 30 days of acceptanceBS or BA or 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service, energy efficiency or administrative support rolesSelf-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectivelyResults-driven and able to collaborate across all levels of an organization to deliver on commitments and meet objectivesExperience with various Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, OneNote and Teams) and Salesforce or other CRM systemsInterest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.Preferred skills, education and experienceExcellent verbal and written communications skills with clients, the public, and all levels of internal employeesExceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsSelf-motivation and exceptional follow-through skills are a mustAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.About Resource InnovationsResource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact . The compensation range for the base salary for this position is:$40,000.00-$80,000.00In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
