Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analysis, computer science, statistics, information technology, business administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data tools listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret institutional data to support decision-making.
• Design and conduct research studies to assess program effectiveness.
• Develop interactive dashboards and customizable reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to design data-driven supports and improvements.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay current on IR trends and accreditation requirements.
