The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting InstitutionalEffectiveness at Bay College. This position will manage a varietyof research projects, dashboards, reporting and grant initiatives,contributing to the institution’s overall mission and strategicgoals. This role is pivotal in providing data-driven insights thatenhance the quality of the college’s programs and operations fromthe course level to accreditation. This position will gather andanalyze relevant data that will guide decisions at the institution.This position will make a meaningful impact on the institution’ssuccess and growth. This position is not remote. This position willbe on our Escanaba campus.

Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM with an hour lunchbreak.
Works under the general supervision of the Director of Institutional Effectiveness.
