Job summary

Regent University seeks a Data Analyst to support institutional analytics by calling up, refining, and reporting data using university reporting assets. The role focuses on enrollment, retention, productivity, and contact center strategies with an emphasis on data quality and actionable insights.

As part of the Office of Institutional Analytics, you will work on reporting needs, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to data processes and improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the work; Master’s preferred or substantial related experience may substitute.
• Experience with analytical software is mandatory.
• Ability to translate data into presentable formats via visualization tools (PowerBI or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and professional business acumen are essential.

Responsibilities

• Determine data needs and lead design, testing, validation, and delivery of reports.
• Collect, maintain, and expand regularly requested reports (weekly, quarterly, annual, ad hoc).
• Maintain websites and project inventories as needed.
• Master in-house and popular reporting/analysis tools and train others.
• Develop data documentation and learning materials as needed.
