Qualifications

• 2+ года опыта в бизнес, data или product аналитике.
• Strong SQL, включая напистывание эффективных запросов.
• Python и библиотеки: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn и др.
• Опыт работы с difference-in-differences.
• Опыт причинно-следственного вывода: Causal Impact, Propensity Score Matching и др.
• Прочным знанием статистики и опытом проведения A/B тестов и других экспериментов.
• Умение глубоко разбираться в бизнес-процессах, работать независимо.
• Свободно владеете русским и английским на уровне B2.
• Плюсом: прогнозирование временных рядов (Prophet/ARIMA и пр.) и опыт в B2B или партнерской аналитике.

Responsabilités

• Поддержка и развитие процессов ценообразования и модификаторов затрат для B2B партнеров.
• Проектирование экспериментов по кредитным лимитам и росту объема заказов.
• Оценка финансового и клиентского влияния открытия локальных юридических лиц в новых рынках.
• Применение методов, таких как difference-in-differences или causal impact.

As a Data Analyst in the Business Analytics team, you'll be the dedicated analyst for our B2B commercial direction. You'll work as an independent contributor, side by side with the commercial team. You'll find growth opportunities in the data, form and test hypotheses, and measure the impact of business initiatives that are not product features.

supporting and developing our pricing override and cost modifier processes designing experiments around the credit limits we give B2B partners to help grow their booking volumes evaluating the financial and customer impact of opening local legal entities in new markets you'll choose and apply other methods, such as difference-in-differences or causal impact

Требования

• 2+ years of experience in business, data or product analytics
• Strong SQL, including writing efficient, fast-running queries
• Confident Python and its data libraries: Pandas, NumX, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn and others
• Hands-on experience with difference-in-differences
• Experience with causal inference methods: Causal Impact, Propensity Score Matching and similar
• Solid knowledge of statistics and experience designing and running A/B tests and other experiments
• Ability to dive deep into business processes, solve non-standard problems and work independently
• Fluent Russian and English B2
