Gifthealth is seeking a Data Analyst II to own recurring reporting and ad hoc analysis for an assigned program. You will become the go-to expert for enrollment funnels, payer quirks, and data sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the organization.

This role emphasizes depth in a single domain, builds Looker dashboards (with Metabase in use), and collaborates with the Data & Analytics team to deliver reliable insights for account and operations teams while upholding HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of data analysis experience.
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker and Metabase.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and PHI handling.

Responsibilities

• Own one program's enrollment funnel, payer quirks, and data sources.
• Produce recurring weekly and monthly program reporting and daily feeds.
• Answer questions with deadlines by tracing through claims, authorizations, and fulfillment records.
• Document metric definitions and ensure consistency across reports.
• Develop client-facing Looker dashboards and contribute to dbt logic in the warehouse.
