Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of progressive data analysis, BI reporting, or data integration experience.
• Strong Power BI proficiency including data modeling, measures, and governance.
• Experience with SQL, ETL concepts, and data warehouse fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Owns data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, transformation logic, validation rules and reporting definitions.
• Leads data analysis, ETL activities, and ad hoc reporting across projects with limited supervision.
• Gathers, cleanses, and integrates data while ensuring integrity of databases and reports.
• Designs and maintains Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports for multiple business units.
• Translates business questions into analytics requirements and communicates findings to stakeholders.
