Qualifications

• 1-3 years of analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with large, complex datasets.
• Power BI expertise, including report development, data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design.
• Ability to communicate insights through storytelling and presentations.
• Experience presenting analytical findings to clients, executives, or stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, curious, and driven to solve business problems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of analysts to deliver data-driven insights.
• Analyze data across Website Performance, Customer Leads, Dealer Sales, Inventory, and more.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reporting solutions for decision making.
• Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses to identify trends and performance drivers.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through storytelling and visualization.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with clients and account teams to understand business goals and provide analytical guidance.
