Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Familiarity with data ethics, FERPA, and AI tools for analysis/visualization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and assessments with quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate impact to leadership and partners.
• Assist with ongoing data reporting to internal and external bodies.
• Support data-driven approaches to student success initiatives and budgeting.
• Integrate data across collections, services, and campus systems for insights.
• Prepare reports for library administration and strategic plan progress.
• Provide analytics support to Associate Director for Public Services and other staff.
• Support other data-related projects as assigned.
