Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of data analytics or business intelligence experience.
• SQL or Python/R scripting for data querying and transformation.
• Power BI proficiency to build dashboards and reports from scratch.
• Experience writing DAX expressions to enhance Power BI reports.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and statistics (preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (preferred).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Onsite work requirement if role is based in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Full development of Power BI including data visualization and back-end data model design.
• Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistical techniques to uncover trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with site and sector leadership to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Assist HR, Finance, and other teams with customized analytical solutions.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through presentations and reports for internal and customer use.
