Job summary

Shiseido Americas, headquartered with offices in New Jersey, seeks an Analyst I, Data to create, process, and maintain Master Data elements for the Operations Organization. You will validate data, support SAP testing, and help drive initiatives for the FOCUS project and data governance.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in Supply Chain or Engineering, 0–3 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy and timely change requests.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Master Data elements including Finished Goods, Components, Bulk, Raw Materials and BOMs.
  • Perform data validation with data owners to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure change requests are processed accurately and timely to support business needs.
  • Gain knowledge of end‑to‑end master data processes and their impact on operations.
  • Conduct End-to-End testing and provide feedback for issue resolution in SAP integrations.
  • Support yearly Budget data updates and strategic MIM actions within project timelines.

Job Summary

The Analyst I, Data will be responsible to create, process, and maintain a portfolio of Master Data elements in support of the Operations Organization. They will validate data for completeness and adherence to global master data governance rules and processes. In addition, this position could support the E2E testing of SAP systems for any future regional integrations and/or change request unit acceptance testing which will drive critical decision making for FOCUS project initiatives and end to end planning.

What You Will Do
  • You will create and maintain Master Data elements to include but not limited to: Finished Goods, Components, Bulk, Raw Materials and BOM’s.
  • You will perform data validation and coordinate with relevant data owners to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and complete
  • You will ensure change requests are processed accurately and on time to support business needs
  • You will become knowledgeable on master data end to end process and impact of attributes to business operations
  • You will perform End to End testing and provide feedback and guidance for resolution of issues in support of FOCUS project integrations or Change Requests as needed
  • You will be responsible for update of any data pertaining to yearly Budget process and assist in leading strategic MIM actions within the project timeline

Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience.
