Axos Clearing LLC is seeking a part-time Data Analyst to support the Bank’s data and analytics by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to produce timely insights for business and compliance stakeholders. You will assist with reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses under senior guidance to ensure data quality and standardization.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, collaboration with multiple business units, and contributing to ongoing data-driven decision making within a regulated banking

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in STEM.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical work compliant with policies and data handling standards.
• Complete required training and follow reporting practices.
• Extract, validate, and organize data from Bank systems, reports, and files.
• Monitor data quality, reconcile discrepancies, and document data sources.
• Analyze transactional, operational, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare summaries, tables, and visualizations for management reviews.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards.
• Assist with ad hoc requests and document methodologies for repeatability and auditing.

Axos Clearing LLC Target Range: $20.00/Hr. - $21.00/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. About This Job

Axos is seeking a part-time Data Analyst to support the Bank’s data and analytics function by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing operational and customer-related data to produce accurate, timely insights for business and compliance stakeholders. Assist with reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis that help monitor performance, identify trends, and strengthen data-driven decision making. Work under the guidance of senior analysts to ensure data quality, documentation, and reporting standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned analytical work in a manner consistent with policies, data handling standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training and follow established reporting and documentation practices.
• Extract, validate, and organize data from Bank systems, reports, and files.
• Assist with monitoring data quality, reconciling discrepancies, and documenting data sources and assumptions.
• Conduct analysis of transactional, operational, and customer data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process or reporting improvement.
• Prepare summaries, tables, and visualizations that support management and business unit reviews.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of recurring reports and dashboards.
• Support ad hoc requests from business units, and help document methodologies so analyses can be repeated and audited.

Education & Experience

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in STEM Experience within internship, coursework or project experience in data analysis, reporting, Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools preferred.
