Job summary

Axos Clearing LLC is seeking an Analyst to join an operational team that supports our clients. You will help our clients grow by completing daily workloads accurately and on time, assisting functions such as Account Services, Cash Management, Settlements, and more.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay range ($20–$25) plus annual discretionary bonuses (cash 5% and RSU 5%). Eligibility for benefits includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• HS Diploma typically required; 1–2 years of relavant office experience preferred.
• Exposure to financial services or related industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn operational processes and apply business acumen.

• Analyze information to ensure high level quality.
• Interface with a variety of systems and departments to resolve tasks.
• Take initiative to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

They help our clients grow by completing daily workloads in an accurate and timely manner. The Analyst will demonstrate the ability to support one or more of the following functions: Account Services, Alternative Investments, Cash Management, Client Communications, Conversions, Corporate Actions, Mutual Funds, Settlements, Stock Receipts, Tax, Trading and Transfers. Other responsibilities may arise as part of our ever‑evolving work environment.

Responsibilities

Education & Experience

HS Diploma Typically 1-2 years of relavant experience in an office or professional environment required. Exposure to financial services or related industry preferred. Demonstrated ability to learn operational processes and apply business acumen.
