Job summary

Franklin is seeking a Data Analyst to gather, analyze, and interpret data to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and strategic planning.

You will build dashboards, maintain data integrity, and support forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong Excel/Sheets and data visualization skills are required; 1–3 years’ experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
