The Role

We are seeking a GTM Data Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role involves analyzing product profitability, overseeing sales commissions, understanding investor behavior, and tracking market trends. The analyst provides insights to guide investment and product development, supports process improvements, and participates in revenue transformation initiatives.

Location

This position is based in our Boston, MA office. We support a hybrid work model with four days onsite and one day remote.

Note: Visa sponsorship or transfers are not available. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement analytics strategies for fund profitability, market trends, and investor insights.
  • Create models and tools to evaluate investments and risks.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and leadership to provide strategic insights.
  • Present analytical findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Promote the adoption of advanced analytics and data science techniques.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fund analytics.
  • Develop KPIs to measure fund performance and investor behavior.
  • Lead special projects supporting organizational goals.
  • Assist with new product initiatives through profitability analysis.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong skills in statistical analysis, financial modeling, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
  • Proven ability to leverage data analytics for strategic decisions.
  • Analytical thinking, synthesizing information, designing workflows.
  • Leadership qualities, confidence, motivation, and influence.
