Job summary

EnProVera seeks a Data Analyst to support FBI initiatives, collecting and organizing information from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity, and generating reports. The role emphasizes meticulous data entry, strong communication, and attention to detail within a security-focused environment.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED (undergraduate degree preferred) and experience with MS Office; active Top Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Meticulous data entry skills.
• Excellent communication skills; oral and written.
• Ability to review, interpret, and evaluate complex legal and non-legal documents.
• Attention to detail and the ability to read and follow directions is extremely important.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and databases; intermediate skills preferred.
• One-year experience in asset forfeiture or a field related to law enforcement (includes legal and military experience) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, gathers, analyzes, and organizes information from multiple sources.
• Ensures completeness of received information and reconciles inconsistencies.
• Accurately enters required data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
• Establishes and maintains physical files.
• Keeps track of case file status to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinates requests for additional information as needed.
• Selects relevant information from sources to prepare documents, reports, and inquiries with accurate formatting.
• Performs word processing relevant to case.
• Provides accurate and timely status updates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
