Требуется 1–2+ года опыта аналитики, сильные навыки SQL, работа с большими данными, знание Tableau и Databricks, а также опыт разработки data models и контроля качества данных.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ года опыта в аналитике данных, продукта, риска или операций.

• Опыт работы с финансовыми или кредитными данными, особенно в Collections или Risk.

Responsibilities

• Построение и поддержка аналитической инфраструктуры, связывающей данные с операционными решениями в Collections, Risk и DWH.
• Разработка и поддержка регулярной отчетности и дашбордов по ключевым метрикам Collections.
• Контроль качества данных по источникам и расчетам, выявление и устранение расхождений.
• Построение и поддержка моделей данных и аналитических наборов для операций Collections и отчетности.
• Разработка отчетов и дашбордов, поддержка ad-hoc аналитики.
• Документация логики расчётов, источников данных, наборов данных и отчетов.

Задачи

• Build and maintain analytical infrastructure connecting raw data to operational decisions across Collections, Risk, and DWH
• Develop and support regular reporting and dashboards for key Collections metrics, keeping them accurate, documented, and useful as the business evolves
• Monitor data quality across sources and calculations, independently investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues before they affect downstream decisions
• Build and maintain data models and analytical datasets for Collections operations and reporting
• Develop reports and dashboards and support ad-hoc analysis requests from Collections and related functions
• Investigate data quality issues, identify root causes, and document findings
• Document calculation logic, data sources, datasets, and reports

Требования

• 1-2+ Years of experience in data, product, risk, or operations analytics
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with large datasets
• Experience building and maintaining data models and regular reporting
• Solid understanding of data quality principles and ability to independently investigate discrepancies and identify their root causes
