Job summary

Velocity MSC is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights across the organization. You will partner with Field Operations, Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, Customer Success, and Executive Management to analyze performance and drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.

You will manage data from CRM, ERP, billing, and support tools, develop dashboards and reports, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of data analysis or BI experience.
• Experience with dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Experience with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Field operations or managed services experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing.
• Understanding forecasting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze field operations to improve technician productivity and efficiency.
• Develop dashboards tracking field service KPIs (FTFR, MTTR, etc.).
• Monitor service delivery performance across IT and network solutions.
• Identify trends and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Forecast staffing and resource needs with leadership on headcount.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports for executives.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand reporting needs.
• Maintain data integrity across reporting platforms.
