  • Review farmer, farm, field, acreage, cropping, and conservation practice information to determine eligibility and assign applications and contracts to the appropriate SWOF project, funding source, or partner.
  • Produce bi-annual project reports for SWOF corporate partners.
  • Create ad hoc reports to inform business decisions and improve internal processes.
  • Monitor farmer contract status to diagnose and take action necessary to complete contract with signatures.
  • Coordinate with staff to resolve missing information, eligibility questions, contract issues, and other items that may delay enrollment.
  • Ensure farmer W9s and direct deposit information are collected and accurate.
  • Track enrollment progress against project-specific goals and requirements, including acres, geography, cropping systems, conservation practices, environmental outcomes, and other applicable project KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve farmer contracting, project assignment, and reporting workflows through process improvements, automation, and technology solutions.
  • Maintain organized documentation of contracting procedures, project eligibility requirements, workflow processes, and data management practices.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
