You will build data solutions to manage applications and contracts, generate sustainability reports for partners, and improve data operations across platforms and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1-2 years of data analysis experience preferred.
• Experience with advanced Excel data analysis tools and formulas.
• Familiarity with data platforms, workflow systems, databases or tracking/reporting tools.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track farmer contracts and enrollment through SWOF workflow.
• Review farm data to determine eligibility and project assignment.
• Produce bi-annual and ad hoc reports for partners and leadership.
• Monitor enrollment progress against goals and KPIs.
• Identify workflow improvements and automation opportunities.
• Maintain documentation of procedures and data management practices.
