Actalent in Gainesville, FL is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to support ERP-driven reporting and data workflows. You will develop dashboards, map processes, and deliver data-driven improvements across Supply Chain and Finance functions.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, ERP support, data analytics, or related technical field.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau, including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Experience with SQL, data integrations, and data mapping.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Support supply chain reporting and analytics, with additional responsibilities supporting Finance.
• Work with ERP systems and related enterprise applications to improve data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and business processes.
• Support system integrations, data mapping, and workflow automation using low-code platforms, SQL, and related technologies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, map existing processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with ERP testing, system migrations, implementations, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain business logic, reporting requirements, and data visualizations.
• Provide ERP and business systems support, with a primary focus on reporting, integrations, and data management.
