Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide is seeking a Data Analyst to maintain master data in D365 F&O and support ad-hoc reporting needs across the organization. The role collaborates with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and SQL skills, experience with ERP systems, and proficiency in Power BI for data visualization. This is a full-time onsite position based in Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ experience in a data support role preferred.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
• Experience with ERP systems (D365 F&O preferred).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Job Purpose:

The Data Analyst role is heavy on data entry and maintenance within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), with a primary focus on creating, managing, and analyzing master data to support day-to-day business operations and ad-hoc reporting needs across the organization.

The analyst will work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and timely reporting. This position plays a key role in maintaining core business data and supporting system users.

Responsibilities and Associated Duties :

• Create and maintain item, pricing, fee, customer, vendor, delivery, and other master data to support business operations in D365
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests using SQL and available reporting tools
• Extract, analyze, and validate data from ERP systems to support operational and financial reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across system records
• Assist business users with data-related requests and troubleshooting
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and system efficiency
• Work with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT teams to ensure accurate system configuration and reporting outputs
• Document processes related to ERP data maintenance and reporting procedures
• Support the Business Analysis Manager and team with additional tasks and projects as needed

• Accurate and timely completion of ad-hoc reporting requests

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) (required)
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis (required)
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ experience in a data support role preferred
• Prior experience working with ERP systems (D365 F&O preferred)
• Experience managing or maintaining operational or financial data within business systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into data or reporting solutions
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI
• Works independently and takes ownership of results, while also collaborating well with the team
• Stays organized and focused while managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
