Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience with ERP systems, master data, or business data management.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Understanding of finance, inventory, customer, and product data structures.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain master data records in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Support master data domains including: Product and Item Master, Customer Master, Vendor Master, Chart of Accounts, Financial Dimensions, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Inventory and Warehouse Data, Pricing and Trade Agreements
• Review and validate data requests to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate master data records.
• Execute established data governance standards, policies, and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve data quality and consistency.
• Support ERP projects, data migrations, system enhancements, and new product introductions.
• Develop and maintain data quality reports and dashboards.
• Document master data procedures, standards, and work instructions.
