Job summary

Theoris is seeking a Data Analyst in Indianapolis to support the implementation of capacity market reform. The role involves handling large, granular datasets, conducting data analyses, and enabling streamlined processes across the project team.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders, ensure audit-ready documentation, and contribute to data tool development while maintaining high data accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with large, complex, and highly granular datasets.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with query tools, Python, or similar data manipulation tools preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Understand and apply data inputs for Schedule 53A and perform calculations on large datasets.
• Streamlining: Support defined process streamlining opportunities across data flows.
• Problem Solving: Resolve data gaps, naming discrepancies, and cross-system issues.
• Organization: Meet project milestones with high data accuracy and documentation.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support reform delivery.
• Documentation: Ensure processes and outputs are thoroughly documented and auditable.
• Data Tool Utilization: Manage large hourly datasets and support analytical tool development.
• Project Support: Assist in managing components of capacity market reform projects.
