Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a Data Analyst to partner with production, finance, and IT to validate data accuracy and deliver insights using BI tools. You will help drive data-driven decision making across the organization and support operational excellence.

The role requires 3+ years of experience with database applications, strong Excel skills, and experience with Tableau or similar BI tools. Bachelor's in Business or Finance preferred, and candidate should reside in Grand Rapids

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance preferred.
3+ years’ experience with database applications, reporting and analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud) and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with production, finance, and IT to validate data accuracy and provide insights.
Monitor data integrity across systems and facilities; drive data consistency and improvements.
Identify risks and gaps in visibility; develop and implement process improvements for operational excellence.
Analyze material usage, labor variances, and discrepancies affecting cost and efficiency.
Document and model business processes, information flows, and data structures using analytical tools.
Serve as liaison between operations, finance, and IT to align data solutions with business objectives.
