Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a data analyst to support the DORA Programme by providing data insights and reporting. The role requires transforming raw data into structured models and designing high-quality executive dashboards using Power BI.

The position is hybrid, involving 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work. An ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in data analysis and Business Intelligence, as well as fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis and data management.
• Solid foundation in Business Intelligence.
• Experience with SQL and Excel, including data transformations.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis and Business Intelligence.

• Provide data analysis support for a strategic DORA programme.
