Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a data analyst to support the DORA Programme by providing data insights and reporting. The role requires transforming raw data into structured models and designing high-quality executive dashboards using Power BI.

The position is hybrid, involving 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work. An ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in data analysis and Business Intelligence, as well as fluency in English.

Job description

In this role you will partner with the DORA Programme Manager Office, reporting directly to the DORA Programme Manager, as well as providing tactical support to the Program Sponsor. This role includes the execution of several data related tasks, including transforming raw data (e.g. Excel spreadsheets) into structured data models (e.g. SQL databases), as well as delivering and maintaining high sensitivity executive reporting KPI dashboards (e.g. PowerBI dashboards). The scope of the tasks can vary depending on requirements, and may also include solution documentation, as well as other ad‑hoc tasks, wherever necessary.

Hybrid model (3x from office, 2x WFH per week) Warsaw, Gdansk

Responsibilities:

• Provide data analysis support for a strategic DORA programme
• Partner with the DORA Programme Management Office, reporting directly to the Programme Manager
• Support the Program Sponsor with data‑related insights and reporting
• Transform raw data (e.g. Excel spreadsheets) into structured data models (e.g. SQL databases)
• Design, deliver, and maintain executive reporting dashboards (e.g. Power BI)
• Ensure high quality and accuracy of data used for KPI reporting
• Prepare and maintain solution documentation
• Support various ad‑hoc data analysis and reporting tasks as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data analysis and data management
• Solid foundation in Business Intelligence
• Experience working with SQL and Excel, including data transformations and aggregations
• Experience creating and managing structured data models and databases
• Understanding of relational databases and ETL concepts
• Experience with Power BI, including: data modelling, dashboard development and applying visualization best practices
• Strong attention to data quality and detail
• Ability to work independently and communicate risks or blockers clearly
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis and Business Intelligence
• Experience building BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable insights
