Personal Consulting Agency is seeking a Data Business Analyst in New York to bridge business needs with IT delivery teams. You will design data and analytics solutions, gather requirements from stakeholders, and drive cross-functional delivery in an Agile environment.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong SQL, and data quality expertise, plus knowledge of Hive and Spark. Excellent English communication is essential; private medical care and a sports-card subsidy are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills, including reading and writing code.
• Extensive experience in data analysis, data hygiene, data quality and solution design.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience working with complex requirements.
• Knowledge of Hive.
• Familiarity with basic concepts of machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
