Job summary

ITnova seeks a Data Analyst to support data management, reporting, analysis, and performance tracking for professional services programs. The role involves examining, cleaning, validating, and analyzing data to measure operational and project performance and to develop reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

The position will work with across departments to collect and validate information, resolve data integrity issues, and transform large datasets into meaningful insights for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, computer science, information systems, engineering, public administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, database management, or a related function.
• Experience developing and implementing tracking systems that are user-friendly, accessible, and capable of integrating with other applications, including Microsoft Office tools, for reporting and presentation purposes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using reporting or visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
• Ability to examine, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to prepare clear reports, technical documentation, training materials, and presentations.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools using Excel, Power BI, and related platforms.
