Role - Data Analyst (CRM Systems like Salesforce / Veeva)
Location – Morrisville, NC (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of experience in working with data management teams supporting Pharma field operations.
• 3+ years of experience in data-centric implementations such as SFA/CRM and Business Intelligence Tools.
• 3+ years of experience with data warehouse, Master Data Management (MDM), and data integration initiatives.
• Strong experience reading and writing queries in SQL Server or Azure SQL database.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience working in a production environment for multiple clients in a compliance industry.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce.com/Veeva or a similar CRM system.
• Prior experience with Veeva Network.
• Experience with Python scripting.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical and Life sciences implementations and awareness of commonly used data sources for Customer Master and Sales information.
• Experience with Cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Azure Synapse, Databricks, AWS Redshift or Snowflake.
