Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of data analytics experience, preferably consumer-focused.
  • Experience in telecommunications is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
  • Ability to build reports, dashboards, forecasts, and BI analyses.
  • Strong statistical understanding and data modeling concepts.
  • Ability to identify trends and provide revenue/retention insights.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze consumer data, subscriber behavior, and business trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop diagnostic and predictive analyses to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and customer engagement.
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports, including key metrics such as revenue, subscriber base, campaign performance, and brand trust.
  • Support forecasting and financial modeling to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop pricing models for handsets and products while performing revenue impact analyses for key business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to communicate insights and monitor business performance.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling, and business-focused manner.
  • Support ad hoc analyses and special projects as business needs evolve.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business , Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in data analytics, preferably supporting consumer-focused businesses.
  • Telecommunications industry experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, or other statistical and data analysis tools.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, forecasts, and business performance analyses.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and business intelligence concepts.
  • Ability to identify trends, interpret data patterns, and provide recommendations that improve revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to support business needs. Occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and field visits may be required . You may also be asked to adjust your schedule based on client availability or department priorities.
