What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the reports development lifecycle, including understanding requirements and designing reports
- Assess reporting requests for feasibility and provide estimates of development time
- Analyze data tables to ensure accurate retrieval for report writing
- Write and maintain technical documentation based on business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and end users to gather report requirements and ensure proper testing and validation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 to 5 years of experience in developing Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and PowerBI reports
- 2+ years of experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts
- Ability to focus on development details and quality verification across multiple tasks
- Strong troubleshooting skills for data issues and result validation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Python is a plus
- Familiarity with Distribution/Warehousing and Transportation is advantageous
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field
- Ability to take responsibility for work activities and keep stakeholders informed of project status
