Azaaki solutions is hiring a Data Analyst for its Business Configuration team supporting EyeMed Managed Vision Care clients. In this contract role based in Mason, OH, you will focus on product configuration and benefit plan setup within the Facets system, partnering with cross-functional teams to keep configuration requests efficient and accurate.

The role combines configuration work with data-driven troubleshooting. You will use SQL and Excel to analyze configuration issues, resolve requests, and contribute to process and system enhancements, while serving as a subject matter expert for configuration-related questions.

General Function

• Serve as a Data Analyst on the Business Configuration team for the structure and benefit plan setup for EyeMed Managed Vision Care clients.
• Provide subject matter expertise for product configuration in the Facets system.
• Partner with EyeMed cross-functional teams to support efficiency and accuracy of configuration requests.

Responsibilities

• Configure managed vision care products in the system using both the Product Key Sheet method and manual configuration.
• Maintain product configuration accuracy using configuration tools for manual and automated product creation.
• Write SQL queries and export data from databases to analyze and troubleshoot configuration issues.
• Perform issue resolution for configuration requests, including troubleshooting without guidance for product configuration questions/issues routed to production.
• Maintain relationships with Implementation Managers and Account Managers, supporting a cohesive, cross-functional, results-driven working environment.
• Self-manage completion of work inventory in production queues within established quality and turnaround time service level expectations.
• Coordinate and participate in cross-functional issue resolution activities.
• Recommend process and system enhancements to drive improvements.
• Support management with ongoing training activities, miscellaneous projects, issue resolution, and subject matter expertise for configuration requests.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 5 years of experience working within a core claims administration system.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 2 years experience writing SQL queries and exporting data from database tables into Excel for analysis.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple complex assignments at once.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Operations in the Healthcare industry.
• Experience understanding claim adjudication for member and provider reimbursements.
• Experience with the Facets platform using Claims, Provider, Network, and Product Benefit Configuration.
• Facets experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Model, Duration, and Location

• Location: Mason, OH 45040 (Hybrid)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (half an hour for lunch)
• Hybrid expectation: 3 days office, 2 days work from home
• Duration: 6+ months, temp to hire
• Work location note: In person for training; training is 100% onsite, and after training working 1 day per week on site (flexible)
• Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
• Listed rate: $47.20/hr
• Pay type: W2 All Inclusive (no benefits)
