Job summary

Excelon Solutions is hiring a Data Analyst for the Business Configuration team focused on configuring managed vision care product structures and benefit plan setups for EyeMed clients using Facets.

You will write SQL queries, validate configurations, and trabalhar cross-functionally with Implementation and Account Managers to resolve issues in a hybrid Mason, OH environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in a core claims administration system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 2+ years writing SQL queries and exporting data to Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple complex assignments.

Excelon solutions is hiring a Data Analyst for the Business Configuration team focused on configuring managed vision care product structures and benefit plan setups for EyeMed clients using Facets.

Responsibilities

• Configure all types of managed vision care products in the system using both the Product Key Sheet method and manual configuration
• Ensure product configuration accuracy using configuration tools for manual and automated product creation
• Write SQL queries and export data from databases to analyze and troubleshoot configuration issues
• Resolve configuration requests by investigating issues and completing issue resolution based on findings
• Handle product configuration questions and issues sent to the Business Configuration production team without guidance
• Maintain relationships with Implementation Managers and Account Managers, supporting a cohesive cross-functional, results-driven work environment
• Self-manage completion of work inventory in production queues within established quality and turnaround time service levels
• Coordinate and participate in cross-functional team activities to support issue resolution
• Recommend process and system enhancements to improve configuration workflows
• Support the management team with ongoing training, miscellaneous projects, and issue resolution
• Serve as a subject matter expert for all configuration requests

General Function

• Act as a Data Analyst on the Business Configuration team for structure and benefit plan setup for EyeMed Managed Vision Care clients
• Provide subject matter expertise for product configuration in the Facets system
• Partner with EyeMed cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy of configuration requests

Location: Mason, OH (hybrid)

Compensation: USD 45 to 47 per hour
