Job summary

Viva in Mason, OH is seeking a Data Analyst to configure managed vision care products in Facets, write SQL queries, and export data to Excel for analysis. You will support product structure and benefit plan setup for clients’ Vision Care programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate configuration.

You will work onsite in Mason, contribute to process improvements, and handle production queue tasks with strong attention to quality and turnaround times.

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a core claims administration system.
• 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and exporting data from databases into Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple complex assignments at once.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Data Analyst on the Business Configuration team for product structure and benefit plan setup for clients’ Managed Vision Care programs.
• Provide subject matter expertise for product configuration in the Facets system.
• Collaborate with client cross-functional teams to ensure configuration requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Configure all types of managed vision care products in the system using Product Key Sheet and manual configuration.
• Ensure product configuration accuracy using configuration tools for manual and automated product creation.
• Write SQL queries and export database data to Excel to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration issues.
• Handle and resolve product configuration questions and issues submitted to the Business Configuration production team without guidance.
• Maintain working relationships with Implementation Managers and Account Managers, supporting a cohesive cross-functional environment.

Join the Business Configuration team to configure managed vision care products in the Facets system and use SQL to analyze and troubleshoot configuration issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Data Analyst on the Business Configuration team for product structure and benefit plan setup for clients’ Managed Vision Care programs
• Provide subject matter expertise for product configuration in the Facets system
• Collaborate with client cross-functional teams to ensure configuration requests are handled efficiently and accurately
• Configure all types of managed vision care products in the system using both the Product Key Sheet method and manual configuration
• Ensure product configuration accuracy using configuration tools for manual and automated product creation
• Write SQL queries and export database data to Excel to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration issues
• Handle and resolve product configuration questions and issues submitted to the Business Configuration production team without guidance
• Maintain working relationships with Implementation Managers and Account Managers, supporting a cohesive cross-functional environment
• Self-manage completion of work inventory in production queues within established quality and turnaround time service levels
• Coordinate and participate in cross-functional activities to support issue resolution
• Recommend process and system enhancements to drive improvements
• Support management with ongoing training activities, miscellaneous projects, issue resolution, and serving as a subject matter expert for configuration requests

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation: USD 42 - 47 per hourly
