Job summary

PDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to design, develop, and deliver custom reporting and analytics solutions for Convenience Retail and Major Oil customers.

You will act as SME for analytics in these verticals and partner with marketing to build audience insights and measure campaign effectiveness. The role requires 3–5 years of BI/Analytics experience, strong SQL skills, and hands-on use of Sigma Computing and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BI/Analytics experience.
• 3–5 years on a BI/analytics team with BI principles and standards.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (T-SQL and Spark SQL).
• Hands-on with Sigma Computing and Power BI; Tableau a plus.
• Experience with Azure data platform and data integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Build audience segments for targeted campaigns across Email, SMS, and push messaging.
• Interface with CRM and marketing platforms to manage audience transfers.
• Serve as SME for Convenience Retail and Major Oil analytics and reporting.
• Develop, test, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Write and tune SQL to prepare, transform, and validate data for reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure reports meet business requirements.
