Job summary

PDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to design, develop, and deliver custom reporting and analytics for Convenience Retail and Major Oil clients.

You will interface with customers to translate needs into technical solutions, ensure timely delivery, and optimize BI solutions on Azure for performance. You will collaborate with marketing, CRM, and analytics leadership to build audiences, deliver dashboards, and contribute to campaigns measured for effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BI/Analytics experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including T-SQL and Spark SQL.
• Hands-on with Sigma Computing and Power BI (DAX).
• Experience with Azure data platform (Azure Synapse, Databricks).
• Exposure to ETL/orchestration tools such as Azure Data Factory.

Responsibilities

• Build audience segments for targeted campaigns across Email, SMS, and push messaging.
• Collaborate with CRM to manage audience transfers to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Serve as SME for Convenience Retail and Major Oil analytics and reporting.
• Develop BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Sigma Computing and Power BI.
• Write and tune SQL to prepare, transform, and validate data for reporting.
