Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis or related analytical role.
• Experience supporting enterprise analytics with large datasets or complex datasets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and BI reports/dashboards in Power BI or similar.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts with data from multiple sources.
• Ability to define measures, data requirements, and documentation for repeatable analytics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cleanse, and analyze complex data sets for reports and dashboards.
• Design, build, and maintain BI reports and dashboards with Power BI and Excel.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and clear findings.
• Support solution design and prototyping through exploratory analysis and data visualizations.
• Lead or support requirements gathering, data validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Monitor data quality and coordinate corrective actions with data owners and tech partners.
• Document key fields, calculations, lineage, and business processes for assigned solutions.
• Collaborate with partners to prioritize analytical needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Provide technical guidance, peer review, and contribute to standards and improvements.
