• Prepare and finalize reports on historic, current, and planned program accomplishments for Flag Officer, Congressional staff, and public presentation.
• Coordinate with executives, program officers, staff, and stakeholders to ensure processes and workflows function efficiently.
• Lead the on-site contractor team and coordinate assignments through ONR workflow processes.
• Communicate with the Contracting Officer's Representative on contracting requirements.

Scope of Work:
