Nobl Q, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze complex datasets, ensure data quality, and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions and reporting efficiency.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements, validate data, and develop scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Azure services, Microsoft Power Platform, and Excel. The role emphasizes creating reports and dashboards to drive performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience preferred in data analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and T-SQL for data validation.
• Experience with Azure data services and ETL processes.
• Advanced Excel, Power Pivot, and Power Query skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics and data visualization tools.
• Experience in QA testing and defect tracking (ADO) is a plus.
• SAFe familiarity is preferred.
• Experience in the professional services industry is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency; investigate discrepancies and recommend actions.
• Use AI-assisted analytics and automation tools to improve data profiling and quality checks.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business users to define reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Document requirements, use cases, and test artifacts.
• Track project tasks, status updates, risks, and escalations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to investigate root causes and improve data quality.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business objectives.
• Support quality testing activities, including test case prep, execution, and defect tracking.
