Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) – through the SLA Analysis Group – seeks a Data Analyst to support IAMD missions for DoD and allied clients. The role emphasizes modeling, data science, ML, and neural network analyses to improve joint warfighting capabilities.

You will build and modify software models, perform performance testing, and present analytic results to stakeholders. A TS clearance is required, with 2–5+ years of experience and a technical degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Math, OR related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Ability to present complex analytic results clearly.
• Data analysis with MATLAB, Python, or R.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Model system behavior and perform performance analysis for IAMD engagements.
• Support design of experiments and ML/AI analyses to improve joint warfighting capabilities.
• Create and modify software models to support ongoing studies and explore new analysis pathways.
