Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Modeling and Simulation Analyst to provide onsite support out of Arlington, VA.

The role involves applying modeling/operations research techniques to inform analyses and wargames using various software tools, and developing analytical models for warfighting analyses and campaign-level representations. The candidate should have a STEM degree, 5+ years of total experience, 3+ years in modeling or data analysis, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field or commensurate software coding and Data Science skills.
• 5+ years of total experience.
• 3+ years of modeling, computer programming, data analysis and/or operations research analysis experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Inform a variety of analyses and wargames using a range of software tools.
• Develop and execute analytical models and methods to support warfighting analyses.
• Develop and execute campaign-level representations and analyses of U.S., allied, and adversary forces.
