Job summary

IEM is seeking a Data Analyst to unlock insights that drive strategic decisions and performance management. You will analyze customer behavior, marketplace dynamics, and operations to provide visibility and optimize initiatives for a major customer.

You will partner with the Execution & Delivery team to forecast demand and support staffing strategies, applying Tableau and Snowflake to deliver timely insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytical experience with large datasets.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics or related field preferred.
• Experience in a commercial domain preferred.
• Hands-on with AI tools in analytics workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and clear communication.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics frameworks to monitor retention, market share and revenue growth.
• Provide analytics and insights into customer forecasts and operational performance.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and decision support across day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Infrastructure, and other Analytics teams using Tableau and Snowflake to deliver timely insights.
• Communicate clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
