Emetlab is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into decisions that shape our AI data infrastructure. You will analyze contributor performance, dataset quality metrics, and production throughput to surface actionable insights and drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related role in a tech/data-focused organisation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and analytics tools such as Python, R, Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI/Metabase).
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with large datasets and pattern recognition.
• Ability to define metrics and build analytics infrastructure in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, able to present data-driven insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyse contributor performance, production throughput, and quality metrics to surface insights for operations and growth decisions.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Data Operations, Engineering, and Product to define success metrics and measure outcomes.
• Conduct cohort/segmentation/ trend analysis across contributor network to improve quality, efficiency, and retention.
• Monitor dataset quality benchmarks and identify patterns in annotation accuracy and domain performance.
• Translate analytical findings into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
