Job summary

You will partner with HR Leaders, Security, and Finance to deliver accurate, actionable insights, design ETL pipelines, and ensure data integrity across workforce analytics and compensation programs. Strong SQL, Python, and QuickSight skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
• Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
