Design and conduct research of policy-relevant housing issues for OHFA
Work with the Office of Multifamily Housing on the Qualified Allocation Plan
Work with agency partners to prepare & publish research findings (e.g., statistical and narrative reports, policy briefs)
Use R Studio, Tableau, Stata, ArcGIS, Python to analyze data and prepare statistical and narrative reports
