Motion Recruitment is seeking a Business Analyst / Ad Operations professional to support its US & Americas business. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and commercial teams, helping stakeholders understand performance, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven decisions.

You will be the first point of contact for technical questions from Account Managers, investigate data discrepancies, and partner with a broader data team to improve reporting and automation in a high-volume

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data/operations/analytical roles.
• Strong SQL skills including CTEs, joins, aggregations.
• Hands-on Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Able to diagnose data-quality issues and communicate findings clearly.
• Comfort presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical/analytical resource for US & Americas stakeholders.
• Investigate data discrepancies and performance issues; determine resolutions.
• Use SQL and Python to analyze data and automate recurring tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting, and processes.
• Build and enhance dashboards and monitoring for commercial/operational teams.
• Collaborate with data org to implement scalable improvements.
