Job summary

The role involves designing and maintaining ETL processes, standardizing data recording, and collaborating with IT to improve data systems. Bachelor's in a technical field and 0–2 years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 0-2 years of experience required.
• Process certifications such as Six Sigma, ITIL, BPM, ISO 20000, CBPP, CMMI.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, QA/testing, PM, Six Sigma.
• Strong PC skills including knowledge of SharePoint.

COMPENSATION$32 per hour

SCHEDULEOn-site Monday-Friday (40 hrs per week)

POSITION OVERVIEW -

The main function of the Data Analyst is to provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting delivery reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc) that enable informed business decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyzes performance of process activities, identifies problem areas, and presents findings in clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries.
• Establishes standardized methods of recording, tracking and reporting on activity.
• Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes.
• Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICAITONS/SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
• 0-2 years of experience required.
• Process certification, such as, Six Sigma, CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMI.
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of one or more key information service standards such as SDLC, ITIL, QA/testing, Project Management, Six Sigma, etc.
• Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
